Who we are
Mandru Digital OÜ (registry code 17612026), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@mandru.digital.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used only to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse, and is kept for a short period in the provider's logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you email us
If you contact us, we process your email address, name and the contents of your message so that we can reply and handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC provides our email (Google Workspace).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mandru.digital.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
